Once SKUs are live on Amazon.ca, the engagement settles into a recurring rhythm:
Monthly performance summaries. PO velocity, sell-through, Buy Box win rate, category rank, vendor-side metrics. Shared by email; on-demand access to underlying data for brands that want it.
Quarterly cross-team review. One scheduled call per quarter with the brand-side team (and your agency or consultant if applicable). Performance review on the SKUs in scope; any expansion or contraction conversations; A+ Content refresh planning; preparation for Amazon's annual vendor cycle.
Annual vendor negotiation cycle. Amazon's category managers run an annual negotiation with all vendors in the category. We handle the negotiation on your behalf; we surface the outcomes and any commercial implications to you afterward.
Ongoing SKU sort conversations. The right SKU set evolves over time — new products launched, old products retired, unit economics shift. We revisit the sort quarterly and adjust the channel split as catalog circumstances change.
